A product mockup will be provided for your final review and approval before your item is created and shipped.
Once you approve the mockup, the order moves into production and becomes final and non‑refundable.

While all sales are final, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a damage, defect, or mix‑up, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can take care of it.

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, they’re in charge of getting it safely to you. KeyOnni.com is not responsible for:

•     Delays
•     Items marked as delivered but not received
If this happens, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
